For our client, one of the finest 4-star hotels in Co. Meath, Ireland, we are looking for an experienced Reservation Manager.
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience as a Reservation Manager in a similar 4-5* properties
- Experience working with OPERA Management system
- High level of attention to detail and ability to organise
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of group, leisure & transient market segments
- Strong administrational skills and follow up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and customer care oriented.
- An advanced level of English is required
About the job:
- Permanent, full-time position
- If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will have the first two weeks of free accommodation, after that, you will be paying 150 € per week for a private room in a shared house (utilities included)
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Reservation agent role will be from 2.620 € to 2.740 € net per month (38.000 € 40.000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
- You would be paid per hour on a weekly basis (approximately 605 € - 630 € net per week)
- Your duties will be: Managing the reservation team and process in a timely manner, responsibility for both individual and group bookings, working with the Sales team, liaise with the revenue manager, to deal with Customer complaints in line with company policy, ensure Front Office department are fully aware of all Promotions /Packages for sale
