Senior Business Performance Engineer

Communicate to leadership/stakeholders any budgetary risks or challenges
Writes the RGS contribution to the annual budget handbook for contributors
Oversee the tracking and management of the performance of RGS studies
Arrange study requests along with the required schedule
Check availability of resource requirements before confirming study in plan
Monitor study progress for milestones and budget against plan
Communicate any risks or challenges in compliance with time and budget and engage the necessary stakeholders when a risk or challenge arises
Schedule regular check-ins with team leaders to check/adjust the priority of studies in the plan
Leading RGS projects mandated by IPP Manager focused on improving organizational performance within RGS including: improving operating cadence, capacity building, audit documentation, etc.
