Follow-up and responses to requests for additional work. Manage costs and/or time extension claims from/to sub-contractors. Monthly monitoring of invoices and payments to subcontractors. Weekly meetings with subcontractors. Preparing the monthly labor contract activity report. Preparing contractual amendments. Follow-up correspondence related to employment contracts. Liaise with other disciplines of the project (engineering, procurement, construction, planning, etc.) in order to ensure/expect that the subcontractor will be able to perform its services without interruption and thus protect the interests of the company against potential claims from the subcontractor.
