- Solution oriented production approach to meet budgets and execution time frames
- Leads and manages all pre-production and set up and breakdown of assigned events under the supervision of and in coordination with the whole team (client/coordinator/designer/technical team)
- Liaising with the team to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Making sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets
