- Monitor and correct inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital
- Periodic reconciliation of physical stocks in warehouses and field force vans , compared to software stocks, and validated across month starting stocks and IMS during any given month
- Check and validate warehousing invoices from 3PL
- Explore and find mid to long term scenarios of internal warehousing , including space, WMS , storing conditions, licensing, and cost followed by managing the warehouse in full
- Once we migrate to our own warehouse, execute and prepare the needed requirements , team and tools, and manage the warehouse and its team in full
- Manage 12 months rolling shipments plan based on sales forecast, DOI targets , and product lead times
