JOB SUMMARY:

Fusion92 is looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead our eCommerce Media initiatives. The Senior eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving eCommerce Media growth and providing leadership in the planning, implementation, and execution of our eCommerce Media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce/Retailer Media, and analytics.This role will be client facing, and requires strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit offices.

*While our offices are currently open, daily in-office attendance is not required.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deep understanding and mastery of eCommerce Media, with proven ability to deliver business outcomes through retail media formats, and shoppable formats across social and programmatic
  • Support development of near- and long-term plans focused on delivering sales and market share growth for a portfolio of brands and products
  • Work with cross-functional team-members, including brand strategy and investment, to ensure a connected eCommerce approach is deployed across all brands
  • Continuously evaluate and improve on performance, as well as help establish best practices and playbooks
  • Leverage data to drive insights, testing opportunities and ongoing media optimizations that deliver against business objectives
  • Assure quality control of all eCommerce media activations

Requirements :

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 5+ years of eCommerce Media experience
  • Previous experience with planning and activation of eCommerce media across platforms, such as Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, CitrusAd and Criteo
  • Previous experience running programmatic (Amazon DSP, TradeDesk, DV360), and search (e.g., Google Shopping) is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop trust and strong relationships with client teams
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
