Job Description

Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets and several internal systems. All those financial reports, forecasts, expenses, analytics? Datarails takes all these financial reports, forecasts, expenses, analytics and integrates it into a one, simple, smart report. It consolidates the information, enables the finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.



About The Role:

We are looking for a skilled People Partner based in the US to provide comprehensive HR support, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, local recruitment processes, and day-to-day people management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running a top-notch HR function, including attracting and recruiting exceptional talent. As the voice of our US employees, you will report to our VP of HR at our headquarters in Israel, working closely with the US GM and the US management team. This is a part-time position (50%), working two days a week from our NYC office and the rest of the time from home.



What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the US GM and senior management to attract, retain, and engage top talent by developing and implementing effective strategies.
  • Provide managerial guidance and support to US managers on all People-related areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, employer branding, welfare, training, and more.
  • Be a trusted advisor in creating and promoting a positive and inclusive company culture that supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
  • Play a vital role in Datarails' global culture development by contributing to our overall culture strategy and initiatives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and performing background and reference checks.
  • Oversee US People operations, including payroll support, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.


What We Need:
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 5+ years of human resources experience, including a solid experience in managing HR Operation
  • Must have extensive experience Talent Acquisition, including recruiting, sourcing, background checks and onboarding processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Recruitment Tools (, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • A strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
  • Experience in a fast pace start-up environment.

  • The base salary range for a part-time (50%) role is an annual of 60-75K.Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including prior experience, value add, and may vary from the amount above. Compensation package also includes equity and a 401(k) plan with 4% matching
