Prepare all necessary schedule and progress input data (variance, plan and forecast) for the weekly/monthly SITE progress report. Maintain the construction progress monitoring system taking into account the status and quantities of the work carried out and the resources required to achieve the targeted performance. Provide status and quantities of work performed and maintain labor forecasts, progress curves and histograms. Review and comment on regular (weekly and monthly) contractor reports. Assess and brief work front management based on engineering and procurement status.
