- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Stewarding department of a luxury hotel or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food and beverage environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
