Deep Instinct is looking for a FP&A Director to support the global Finance organization. We re looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset, possessing an analytical mind and a strong foundation in finance. This role will be responsible for providing key decision support analysis to senior business unit leaders, and as such the ideal candidate must be a team player with the fantastic collaboration and communication abilities.

This role is targeting candidates for the New York City office. This role will report to the CFO and will be responsible for forecasting and providing key insights that will drive executive decision-making at the corporate level.

Responsibilities::

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and coordinate the annual budget, business planning, and forecasting cycles, as well as all associated reporting
  • Co-own the model and refine drivers; help synch top down and bottoms up forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis
  • Provide key decision support analysis to senior business unit leaders
  • Drive KPI creation and analysis and benchmarking
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to drive forecasting, resourcing, and incentive plans
  • Develop and maintain pricing methodologies, including for new product launches
  • Develop and maintain robust cost and usage analytics that drive elevated understanding of product-level unit economics

Requirements :

Who You Are:

  • At least 7-10 years of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis experience, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Proficient with NetSuite, Anaplan, Salesforce, and Xactly
  • Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to build and deliver clear and precise presentations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and highest level of integrity
