We are looking for an experience Talent Acquisition Manager to develop our talent programs and processes.You will be responsible for creating and implementing our proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization select talent for both today and tomorrow s business needs. We need someone that brings experience to help us expand our programs, build strategies for these programs, and deliver on hiring plans. We need someone who can think both future and strategic, yet personally deliver on hiring requirements in a hands-on-role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to support hiring initiatives showing clearly defined goals and outcomes.Managing these projects and lead internal initiatives from a talent perspective
  • Proactively share market and competitive intelligence.You are a subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, and other relevant areas
  • Research and identify new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing, and alternative avenues
  • Be passionate about attracting diverse talent. You will participate in our diversity sourcing strategies; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and counsel less experienced recruiters on best practices and recruiting strategies
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates by leveraging various social media networks, promoting internal referral programs, and utilizing online candidate search methods.
  • Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies. Ability to match the right candidate to the right group and/or manager
  • Must be able to negotiate offers to ensure successful candidate close rates; offer to acceptance ratio.

Requirements :

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or equivalent in a business-related field is required,
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting within an In-house environment,
  • Experience designing and implementing recruiting programs; Diversity, College Partnerships, Intern programs, etc.,
  • Demonstrated record leading projects to successful conclusion balancing efficiency with quality,
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables,
  • Demonstrated leadership to coach and develop your team members on best practices and recruiting processes.


FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $140K-$170K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
