This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join our new SolarEdge manufacturing Team and have the opportunity to build together this new operation.

Responsibilities:

• Production lines support.
• Maintenance and repair of SE ATE test stations, fixtures, and other equipment.
• Installing new stations in the line
• Monitor the line yields and performances
• Working also night shifts (only due to emergency reasons)

Requirements :

• IMPORTANT: The role needs to have availability to work between shifts
• Electronic Technical background Engineering, Practical Engineering, or Technician(Experience of 1-2 years)
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software
• Prior experience as Test Technician in mass-production
• Hands-on attitude
• High voltage/current experience - Advantage
• Soldering Experience - Advantage.
• Proven hands-on abilities (Process includes work with Screwdrivers, wiring, etc.)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word.
• Ability to conduct routine high-quality work for a long period

FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The pay range for this position in Texas at the start of employment is expected to be between $50K - $70K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. However, base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
