Our client, is a leading NBFC with over 700 branches across India having diversified presence in Mutual Funds, Housing Finance, General Insurance, BPO & Retail distribution of wide array of financial products.

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for managing team of technical officers to ensure property inspections and valuations are carried out timely & effectively with adequate knowledge on market information and practices followed by the competition while also contributing to specific and challenging cases individually without compromising on quality of security.

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing a team of technical officers to support the property inspections and valuations- Monitoring and guiding the technical officers in appraisal wherever required
• Visiting the locations for site inspection and the region to monitor functioning of the team. Visiting high Value Properties, post disbursement & record the opinion on property
• Visiting fresh NPA cases to conduct site inspection and submit report, conducting cross Audit and submit the report
• Performing due diligence for deviations / exceptional cases before sending to approval authority for decision
• Performing due diligence on the list of Unauthorized, negative properties / projects, Builders, and non- fundable areas & get approval from head technical Maintaining MIS related to the technical evaluation

Candidate Requirement:

• Graduate in Civil engineering
• 15+ years of experience in property valuation and team management
