We are seeking a Junior Finance and HR Specialist to support our organization with all finance, HR, and pay-related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial and payroll processes are maintained, supporting HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding, and handling a range of finance-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Process and review payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and taxes
Responsible for tracking and managing invoices processing for both customers and suppliers.
Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Assist with CIR, CII and external consulting company
Assist with local labor laws and regulations and general administration with a focus on collaborating with the company's attorneys and the accounting department (URSSAF, etc.)
Handle the relationship with accounting company
Responsible for procurement process. Focal point for suppliers.
Manage payment schedules to suppliers.
Assist with general accounting tasks, such as reconciling accounts and processing payments. Working closely with local banks.
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager
Requirements :
Part-time position - 3 working days (Hybrid).
Fluency in French and English- Must
BAC+2 to Master's (BAC+5) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- advantage
1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance and HR-related tasks
Knowledge of French labor laws and regulations- advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
