Job Description

Tharseo IT is a veteran run and minority owned business with a mission to deliver Oracle Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Iaas services. We pride ourselves in being founded after a successful deployment of the world s first Washington DC Health Benefits Exchange, in 2014. We are currently seeking for a Senior Technical Project Manager - PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in state and local agency healthcare IT and experience implementing PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite ERP systems.

What you ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects within the state and local agency healthcare sector, focusing on the implementation and integration n of PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite ERP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address project requirements, risks, and issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on the best practices for utilizing PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite ERP systems to improve healthcare processes and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to established quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative project environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

What you ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on state and local agency healthcare IT and technology solutions.
  • Proven experience with PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite ERP systems, including implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of state and local agency healthcare processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Tharseo IT s benefit programs.

Salary for roles at Tharseo IT varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set and level of experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000 and $265,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Tharseo IT s total compensation package for employees.
