Senior Functional E-Business Suite Resource

We pride ourselves in being founded after a successful deployment of the world s first Washington DC Health Benefits Exchange, in 2014. We are currently seeking a Senior Functional E-Business Suite Resource to join our team.

As a Senior Functional E-Business Suite Resource, you will be responsible for leading the migration of on-premises EBS applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and overseeing the conversion from SPARC Solaris to Oracle Linux. This role requires a deep understanding of EBS application modules and business processes, along with strong project management and communication skills.

What you ll be doing:

• Analyze existing on-premises EBS applications and identify requirements for migration to OCI.
• Develop and execute migration and conversion strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.
• Work closely with EBS Technical Developers and EBS Application DBAs to ensure a seamless transition.
• Review and optimize EBS application configurations for Oracle Linux.
• Lead functional testing and validation of migrated EBS applications.
• Provide guidance on best practices for EBS applications on OCI.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure a successful migration.
• Train end-users and provide post-migration support.

What you ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite functional modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS).
• Proven experience in migrating EBS applications to OCI and converting from SPARC Solaris to Oracle Linux.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related services.

Salary for roles at Tharseo IT varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set and level of experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,000 and $108,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Tharseo IT s total compensation package for employees.
