POSITION FILLED Live Out Nanny In Brighton

Happy Nest are seeking a nurturing nanny who truly loves working with babies to join this lovely family based in the Seven Dials area of Brighton.

With mum working from home with a baby this family household might be busy, but its not without plenty of love! Theyre seeking a part time, live out nanny to provide initial shared care then sole charge when mum returns to work at the end of August of their beautiful little girl, age 6 months .

Naturally, this role will require you to have extensive experience caring for babies and good experience in the early years stages.

As an early years nanny, youll be confident caring for a young baby. Youll enjoy setting up stimulating, educational, and developmental age-appropriate activities for her. Youll love reading, playing games, singing songs, and all kinds of other activities. Were thinking peekaboo, plenty of musical instruments, and theres probably going to be lots of messy play along the way!

You are a stones throw away from Central Brighton (youre in walking distance of the train station ),,theres plenty to do. Youll find several parks within the local areas, and trips to the beach when the weather warms up theres lots on offer for baby and toddler activities. Clear some space for a little tummy time, or head off to baby rhyme time or baby swimming classes. Shes a real happy baby very easy going and loves to try new foods having just started on her weaning journey so there will be time to help plan her meals with mum.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Fully Enhanced DBS Check ( Happy Nest will help with this )
• Paediatric First Aid
• Driver Clean Driving Licence
• Excellent checkable references

Nanny Duties:

• Facilitating development appropriate activities
• Maintaining the play areas and ensuring they stay tidy
• Preparing fresh, healthy meals
• Attending and understanding their needs

Hours:

• 10am- 6pm, Monday to Thursday 30 hours per week ( some flexibility may be required but notice will be given )

The ideal nanny will be an early years professional, with recent baby experience, and have a keen interest in keeping up to date with current baby needs.

The family would like an outgoing and friendly nanny that is easy to be around as they are a relaxed and friendly household. They would like a nanny to become part of their family and grow with them.
