Role Description:

We are presently seeking for Sales Development Representative for the LATAM market, working fully remotely.

As a middle role in our sales organization, you will have access to a cutting-edge sales stack, and have the opportunity to work with market-leading clients, guiding them on their path of new technology adoption. We ll train you on the phone, email, messaging, and LinkedIn best practices, to maximize every single engagement point with our potential clients. Our quick growth is creating new roles virtually overnight; we d love to promote from within to the myriad roles open at present / coming in the future, including SDR leadership, account executive, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Get verified accounts from Validation, Inbound teams, and focus on targeting potential customers who are most likely to be interested in the company's products and services.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective Inbound and Outbound leads via email, phone, messaging, and LinkedIn;
  • Create personalized videos and share the video link with the prospects, using the Hippo video;
  • Conduct Lead pre-qualification based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
  • Maintain Hubspot and SalesForce updated with all information received from leads;
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads and make follow-ups to avoid no-shows;
  • Report achieved results to the Sales Leaders.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years in sales work experience in IT / SaaS business model
  • Work experience in software sales is a bonus, but some form of customer-facing experience is mandatory. We re open to out-of-the-box here - sell us!
  • Bonus for experience working within a cutting-edge sales stack. Preferences and opinions are even better.
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • FluentEnglish and Spanish
  • Ready for remote work: a quiet place with high-speed Internet, PC/Laptop (OS: Windows 10/11 Pro/Mac/Linux) and headset
