SALARY: Starting at $80,000 and up commensurate with experience (advancement opportunities available)
HOURS: 50 hour flexible work week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS :
- Directly responsible for orientation, supervising, and training of staff.
- Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations.
- Maintain household operating budgets and bookkeeping system.
- Maintain appropriate client files, records, and reports.
- Coordinate and maintain all home staff schedules.
- Attend medical appointments for residents.
- Ensure staff compliance with all required trainings.
- Plan and participate in community outings with residents.
- Implement house rules and procedures related to safety, security, and individuals rights.
- Ensure appropriate hygiene and appearance of residents.
- Maintain the up keep and cleanliness of the community residence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s Degree preferred
- (3) year management experience preferred
- Willing to undergo a drug testing, and physical exam
- Valid driver s license
