Job Description:

• Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
• Training & developing staff at all levels
• Premium cocktail creations & costing
• Be commercially minded
• Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
• Passionate about customer service
• Strong man management skills
• Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
• Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
• Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
• Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises

The Ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in a similar late night cocktail bar background
• Be able to work with teams of over 25+ staff
• We welcome applicants from a late night cocktail background & dealing with DJ's
• Must have some strong financial understanding
• Be able to work in a high demanding environment
• Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
• Good understanding about cocktails & creations
• Must be flexible in working late nights
• Used to being in a customer service background
• Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
• Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
• The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the late night cocktail bar industry.

Wages will be depending on your qualifications and experience and their is an opportunity of a performance related bonus
