DESCRIPTION: The product manager will be responsible for gathering customer requirements in order to create the best version of our product - a winning one. It's crucial to aline the vision with engineering as well as oversee product strategy, pricing, and positioning strategies.
The product manager candidate we are looking for needs to have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge about the technology and HR industry to develop and deliver successful results.
Your role as the digital Product Manager will include the following responsibilities:
Performing research to determine customer needs
Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Developing messaging and core positioning for the product
Running beta and pilot programs for early-stage samples and products
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns related to the product

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Solid technical background with understanding and experience in software development and web technologies
Able to work individually and in a team
Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
