• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Product management experience in software development
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Analytical thinking and creative abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to successfully interact with stakeholders, partners and customers
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Experience of using Agile and SCRUM methods to develop software
• Strong English language proficiency
