Digital Programme Manager role leads the delivery of the programme ensuring it delivers the benefits intended and that progress is regularly governed. Required to advise and guide the Company on ways to advance, improve delivery and digital adoption including how we maximise the investments made in the digital platform.

Essential skills and experience
Qualification in programme, project or change management
Experience of successful management of significant and demanding programmes or projects including experience of coordinating varied workstreams
Experience of working with senior managers, and large stakeholder groups
Knowledge of formal project/programme management techniques
Able to lead and motivate teams and staff, setting clear priorities and objectives and negotiating and implementing effective outcomes
Flexible and dynamic with a passion for delivering digital change in the public sector
Digital implementation skills across a variety sectors and experience across process, business model and organisational change transformation
Prior experience working at this level along with experience of working in a consultancy and advisory capacity in the field of digital transformation
Can demonstrate that they have the ability to identify opportunities to improve the service or make cost savings
