About the job: We're looking for our first Accounting hire to own the accounting function at the company, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, able to recommend and implement solutions, and a finance partner to other stakeholders. There is plenty of opportunity to own processes and room to grow with the company.

Skills :

Main responsabilities:

• Perform the monthly close, with a focus on revenue recognition, inventory, landed cost,
• and expense accruals
• Help improve our chart of accounts, systems, and processes to scale with the addition of
• the Wholesale channel
• Own the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function
• Ensure timely state sales tax filings and payments
• Support other ad hoc projects such as reconciling prepaid inventory, establishing an
• expense policy, consolidating banking platforms, and annual corporate tax filings
