Tasks

• Provide holistic and proactive support to the CEO/CFO regarding both strategic activities and daily business
• Prepare analyses and presentations on strategic topics leading up to Management and Supervisory Board decisions (, digitalization strategy updates, agile transformation, Global Business Services )
• Define, structure and assess (new) business models, for sites, product areas and countries
• Work on and assume responsibility for own (sub-)projects holding own presentations on the respective topics (, Restructuring, Process Optimization )
• Coordinate and align with both internal and external stakeholders (, other Board members, the CEO s/CFO s direct reports, )
• Support the CEO s/CFO s internal and external communication (, presentations for Chinese Shareholders, Chinese authorities, townhall meetings, )
