We are seeking a talented and experienced Statistics Analytics Manager to join our The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, experience in data analysis, and a proven track record of leading teams to The Statistics Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading a team of statisticians and data analysts in providing insightful and actionable data analysis to support the This person will also be responsible for developing and implementing statistical models and algorithms to drive decision making and improve business
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of statisticians and data analysts in providing insightful and actionable data analysis
- Oversee the development and implementation of statistical models and algorithms to drive decision making and improve business outcomes
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies and methods to support the business
- Clean, manipulate and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
- Develop reports, visualizations and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistics, data analysis and related technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that data analysis efforts align with business objectives

Requirements
- Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and statistics
- Proven experience leading teams of statisticians and data analysts
- Strong background in statistics, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation tools
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R or Python
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with clients
