Manager Private Market Department / Business Developer
Overall responsibility for the investment-strategic important department Private Market, personnel management, fund research & analysis, product range and marketing / Responsible for the expansion of the department, change management, structuring of interfaces and for the reporting lines / Responsible for the expansion of the private market fund offerings and the development of new investment opportunities for tailor-made mandates (direct investments, secondaries, co-investments) for UHNWI and HNWI clients / Responsible for the entire value chain of Private Equity, Private Real Estate, Private Credit and certain Alternative Investment product lines / Responsible for the selection of Private Market Funds, including research, analysis, due diligence, selection and structuring of attractive investments, as well as their valuation / Working with the Sales Desks and Advisory to enable UHNWI and HNWI clients to invest in the Private Market products / Negotiating contracts with external service providers / Responsible for cost control and optimization / Responsible for monitoring and reporting of portfolio investments / Ensuring compliance with all legal, risk, regulatory and compliance requirements / Responsible for private market investment expertise to Private Banking sales desks, CIO Office senior management and investors / Provide training to internal and external clients on private market
