- Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to promote the organization or company
- Create and distribute press releases, news articles, and other communications materials to media outlets
- Respond to media inquiries and requests for information
- Plan and organize events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach activities
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of the organization or company
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, customers, and community organizations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that the organization or company is well-positioned in the market
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with media relations and event planning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
