Teamworx are delighted to announce this lovely opportunity for a Senior Retail Horticulturist Sales ; You will work within our clients award-winning Garden The Senior Retail Horticulturist Sales Assistant will be part of an energetic team that will drive sales and maintain the exacting standards of the plant

Key Job Responsibilities

• Toprovide a professional friendly, and efficient service to the Garden Centre s customers, understanding the needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever
  
• To assist in a proactively driving sales and service across the store through a strong sales team with excellent product knowledge and customer
  
• To provide a point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through a successful outcome and maintaining company
  
• Ability to assist with task and the day to day running of the Garden
  
• Keep up to date with current product knowledge and customer
  
• Ensure all relevant POS, plant labeling and displays are correct and up to
  
• Assist management by overseeing goods inwards, stock control and stock taking, ensuring they are conducted in line with company
  
• Follow Health and Safety protocols with the

• Will be able to demonstrate a love of gardening and good general knowledge of gardening and
  
• Will be aware of the high expectations around pace and aptitude to the
  
• Will be a people s person, be extremely customer focused and be results

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in horticultural retail, or general retail is not essential but desirable, candidates with suitable experience will be at an
  
• Those without experience in a fast-paced retail environment must be able to convey to us their past employment/experience has provided them with the skills that they can transfer to a busy horticultural retail
  
• A horticultural qualification is not essential, a love of gardening and plants ;
  
• A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they have an adequate level of gardening knowledge to be part professional, friendly and motivated horticultural retail
  
• A successful candidate will be one who is willing to continue to learn and expand their knowledge of horticulture and to assist in proactively driving sales and provide excellent product knowledge and service to our
