- Developing and delivering training programs and workshops on technical topics
- Creating and updating training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and quizzes
- Assessing trainees knowledge and skills before and after training to evaluate the effectiveness of the training
- Providing one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to help them apply what they have learned in their work
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the relevant technical field and incorporating them into training programs
- Collaborating with other trainers and subject matter experts to create and deliver training programs
- Identifying and addressing the training needs of different groups of trainees, such as beginners and advanced learners
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of trainees

Requirements
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
- A strong background in the relevant technical field, with experience using the technologies and skills that will be taught in
- Strong teaching skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand
- Experience creating and delivering training programs, workshops, and other educational
