Must be a key driver in delivering excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all
Will actively support the Store Manager in leading the team to maximise store sales and achieve various store KPI
Will display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standard
Will support the Store Manager in making sure products are correctly received and placed on the salesfloor in a timely manner and complying with the merchandising guideline
Will adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Team in delivery of
Will support the Store Manager with Visual Merchandising and Promotion set up
Will be a team player but also display strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet the objective
Previous retail Management experience is essential (Experience with regard to Fashion, Jewellery or Giftware will be an advantage)
Must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekend
