SAP Projectmanager mfd

We are looking for a SAP Projectmanager (m/f/d), as a leader of the SAP transition and the face of SAP to the rest of the plant, for one of our renowned customers in D

Tasks

• Learning the system and business processes
• Leading the SMEs team
• Working closely with the IT Project Lead to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Validating the solution for the business
• Coordinating logistical activities for the implementation
• Driving gap analysis and resolution
• Resolving issues regarding business processes
• Driving change management to ensure that all employees are ready for SAP
• Identifying and shepherding Change Champions in the plant
• Providing project communication updates
• Organizing and scheduling end-user training

Requirements

• University degree in business
• Process knowledge in companies in the manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of whole business flow for the plant
• Excellent Leadership & Communication skills, boosting the willingness to change by sharing future state vision
• Quality decision maker
• Process and SAP knowledge
• High willingness to perform and take responsibility coupled with analytical skills, reliability and a confident manner as well as solid methodological skills
