STORE MANAGER - Waterford
Job Type - Full time Permanent (39 hours weekly)
Teamworx are delighted to announce this wonderful opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading Irish retail ; We are looking for a motivated individual to help develop and encourage colleagues throughout their day-to-day duties and challenges while supporting the business

The ideal candidate:
- Will have 5+years Retail experience managing a large turnover and teams of 30+ colleagues
- Experience developing future leaders and working with succession plans
- Experience managing P&L and responsibility for targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Authentic leader who creates an environment where everyone can be themselves and do their best
