The Global Head of Marketingshall be responsible for implementing the current brand strategy and the adaptation and execution of the strategy across various territories ( NI, UK, USA, Canada, Germany in addition to Duty Free at Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Belfast), ensuring the devised strategy adopted is appropriate to the culture of the territory as well asreaching its target

Key Accountabilities


Ensuring the current 3-year strategy is implementedtopromotebrand awareness and advocacy across new and existing marketsandensure global sales brand targets are Mange the agreed output of all Partners and supporting Manage analysis of campaigns and creative, innovative solutions to ensures the Brand reaches its target To ensure own experience is inputted into brand awareness and social media


Service Support and Delivery

.

Ensure the Brand strategic objectives are appropriate and implemented in line with expected timelines for

.

Develop and manage an excellent working relationship with all Partners and Supporting Agencies and leverage these relationships to ensure world class

.

Own and manage the marketing calendar ensuring it is updated and in real time alignment with the sales and business cycles

.

Provide an editorial and oversight function for content creativity to ensure the desired impression for Brand awareness is created

.

Ensure the internal marketing assistant has SMART objectives for delivery which are aligned with the marketing strategy

.

Provide effective direction, coaching and support to both the in-house marketing assistant and outsourced marketing team as required to ensure the execution of key initiatives

.

Ensure the wider business is appraised of the strategy and kept up to date on marketing campaigns and

.

Communicate and collaborate with interdepartmental colleagues to ensure brand success

.

Ensure any other reasonable and lawful duties as may be directed from time to time by management are undertaken and


Planning, Reporting and Organisation

.

Ensure accurate reporting on marketing campaigns is provided to the executive team and included in the Board papers

.

Provide dataand analysis to the executive team on Brand campaigns to ensure collective understanding and ensure effective and timely communication with colleagues and direct reports to ensure the Brand objectives are met


Initiative, Problem Solving and Decision Making

.

Ensure understanding of data analytics by analyzing information received on consumer purchase patterns, needs and buying activities

.

Ensure a wider understanding of future market trends is gathered by investigating market activity

.

Ensure information is collected, analysed and available to executive colleagues to inform decision making on the investment and spend needed for campaigns with a projected return on

.

Act on own initiative and use sound judgment to resolve a range of problems and aid sound decision making; but seek advice or input in new or unusual


Managing Resources

.

Ensure department budget is effectively managed to ensure value for money and return on investment and inputted into monthly

.

Ensure opportunities of web search, social media, email, digital advertising and media buying are

.

Monitor and analyse marketing budget and spend to ensure delivery of tangible brand goals and


Communication and Liaising

.

Ensure the Brand is effectively communicated to a global audience with different cultural backgrounds

.

Maintain and develop an effective network of contacts with colleagues, customers and external bodies to facilitate business success

.

Attend relevant meetings to support business objectives and /or to represent the Company


Supporting and Developing Others

.

Ensure the marketing assistant and outsourced marketing team have in place SMART objectives which is aligned to strategy

.

Ensure own direct report has in place a system of performance management and is formally reviewed against objectives in line with the performance management

.

Provide direction, coaching and support to own direct report and colleagues as

.

Ongoing commitment to own professional development


Technical Knowledge, Skills and Experience


Suitable candidates will have previous experience working with a progressive Brand in a Global Market(drinks experience an advantage) as well as the ability to work strategically and operationally depending on requirements for the execution of Brand


You will be an experienced Global Marketeer capable of devising appropriate campaigns and initiatives including content, copywriting/editorial coupled with strong Strategy, Project management anddecision-making; Proven experience in devising marketing plans and campaigns to deliver commercial
