Being a part of Core SD-WAN Staff Resource in Netfosys Global, You will be expected to perform following Roles and Responsibilities in any of the following

As part of the SD-WAN Solution Team in this Solutioning Phase, You would be:

• Engaged in most creative phase of finding and designing best solution to address our client s business needs and support them in their way in SD-WAN
  
• The primary objective of this position is to assist and provide SD-WAN solutions to your accounts
  

• You will have to effectively understand how our core portfolios can drive business value
  

• You will work part of Netfosys Global core team and work closely with Sales Team counterparts bringing ideas, customer perspective, and a suggestion to sales plan will be necessary to create the most synergy and collaboration with your Netfosys Global counterparts
  

• You will identify additional business development opportunities within the customer's organization and ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team
  

• You will be regularly meeting with MSP / Partner / Customers to discover how our technology solution can help them achieve their business goals and understand High Level / Low Level / Details Level Network Topologies.
  

• You are responsible for Deploying / Managing the SD-WAN product portfolio across your assigned territory into Customer and MSP accounts
  

• You are responsible to Understand the Cloud infrastructure like AWS / Azure used by Enterprise and provide SD-WAN
  

• Collaborate with Solutions, Core and Support to successfully move each partner opportunity through the evaluation process as well as proof of concepts (POC) for their customers
  

• Take the lead on requests for proposals (RFPs) as well as requests for information (RFIs) for new service provider partners and end user
  

Production Phase:

As part of the SD-WAN Solution Team in this Post Production Phase, You would be:

• Focusing on problem-solving and successful customer outcomes
  

• Designing the process of migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions From On-Pre to the multi-cloud or Hybrid or On-cloud-ready and SD-WAN environments.
  

• You are responsible to Understand the Network of Customer and their complete infrastructure Routing / Switching / Firewall / Security and provide Configuration and Solutioning related SD-WAN.
  

• You are responsible to Monitor, Configure, Troubleshoot and Perform Upgrades for SD-WAN devices deployed on Customer
  

• Finding Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the Issue encountered and Pro-Active approach to resolve the
  

• High Expertise Level and Experience in Networking, Switching and
  

• Must have Knowledge and Experience in TCP/IP and IPSEC Protocols
  

• Must have Knowledge and Expertise in Key Skills like: ARP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Switching, STP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, VPN, TCP, UDP, NAT, Firewall, ACL, Security, Azure, AWS, VWAN and
  

• Knowledge of Security and SD-WAN would be added
  

• Knowledge in SD-WAN Prodcuts like VeloCloud (VMware), Viptela (Cisco), Silver-Peak(HP) would be
  

• Knowledge in Cloud Solutioning like CSS / CWS / Zscaler
  

• Good understanding of Cloud Technologies like Azure / AWS especially in
  

• Experience in Handling devices like Cisco / Juniper Router and
  

• Certification of CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certification or Skills would be added
  

• Must have Good Interpersonal Skills and Mature understanding to Handle the
  

• Ability to handle Escalations and Need to be Self-driven Team
  

• Handle Situations with customer representatives at the Executive, Management, Support Architect level with a
