We have an in-house Project Support Team to take care of all of your projects, so you can focus on
We have a Sales Development team who are dedicated to resetting your appointments, setting rehashes, and generating new leads to
We have an Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, sales support, and ;



Your role as an Xpert

  • Build a team within your district

  • Train and manage your own team

  • Close a minimum of 6 deals per month

  • Must have 1+ years of solar sales experience

  • Proven leadership abilities, including advanced communication, relationship building, training and development, and performance management skills

  • Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a successful solar sales team

Minimum 1 year of Solar Sales Experience

Ability to build and manage a successful solar sales team

Close a minimum of 6 deals per month

Proven track record in solar sales
