Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Stripping, Repairing & Overhauling Aircraft Piston Engines
- Diagnosing, testing, and troubleshooting
- Maintaining workshop tooling in accordance to working specifications and conditions
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Execute work in line with quality procedures and safety requirements
- Hazard identification and reporting

Ideal skills include:
- A strong mechanical aptitude with your Certificate IV in Aeroskills or informal mechanical experience in the Automotive or Aircraft engine/component maintenance space
- Manual machining experience would be an advantage
- Ability to read and apply Manufacturers and Regulators technical data/documentation to work processes
- Able to use tools in a safe and appropriate manner
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (preferred although not essential)
- Ability to adhere to Safe Work Procedures and Company Policy
- Must be able to pass Pre-Employment and ongoing Drug and Alcohol Screens
- Manual drivers licence preferred
