- Completing Business Analysis deliverables on large and complex programs, producing comprehensive and accurate documentation (, process mapping, data flow diagramming, user cases, customer journey mapping), facilitating workshops with the business utilizing a variety of business analysis methods embracing gap analysis, requirements gathering and
- Create detailed business requirements outlining problems and
- Working closely with business stakeholders and Solution Architects, delivering requirements that will inform our solutions design and that will form the basis of
- Lead the requirements elicitation and documentation
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and partners in order to assure the suitability and success of the
- Conduct assessments to identify process improvements against as-is
- Review information and trends to identify opportunities and ensure that the output of a process will and/or is achieving the desired
