Our client is a leading Business Process Outsourcer that specialises in workflow and technical solutions for document, financial and payment processing. Headquartered in South Yorkshire and have a global client base, including FTSE 100 firms, major utility providers, leading telecoms operators, manufacturers, and local authorities.

About this opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our clients sales and marketing team. The position of Marketing Executive is a full mix multi-channel marketing role. It will support the Sales Team in the delivery of the marketing plan for the business. It will involve assisting on external marketing campaigns using both off and online channels and owning our clients people engagement activity whilst always upholding brand guidelines. Capturing ROI for performance reporting will be key for marketing board reports. The Marketing Executive will also perform admin duties to ensure the marketing function operates efficiently and effectively.

What you will do

  • Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns through the implementation of multiple off and online channels relevant for the target audience
  • To be a brand guardian across all external and internal communications ensuring that all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines. Provide support on templates, formatting of sales and marketing documents, PowerPoint presentations and creation of brand assets
  • Support the development of collateral such as thought leadership, website stories and case studies by sourcing content, drafting copy and proof reading
  • To own our clients people engagement programme including internal communication, intranet updates, events, performance recognition, Long Service Awards and CSR activity
  • External event management such as exhibitions, networking events, roundtables and targeted corporate hospitality
  • Regularly updating client website using WordPress CMS including content updates, page creation, SEO, Google Analytics and handling web enquiries
  • Support social media activity including content development, scheduling posts, social media monitoring and analytics for all corporate accounts - LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook
  • Assist in the briefing, editing and use of video material across digital channels
  • Development and delivery of email marketing campaigns targeted at existing and new clients
  • Coordination of press activity working alongside the clients PR Agency
  • Assist in the end-to-end process for awards starting with award selection, drafting award entries and coordinating attendance at award ceremonies
  • Work with external suppliers including PR agency, website support, graphic design and print to achieve marketing outputs
  • Management of corporate branded merchandise
  • Support recruitment campaigns from a content and design perspective
  • Stock of photography to be continuously refreshed for use in PR, marketing and sales whilst also ensuring it meets compliance standards
  • Input into budget management by raising purchase orders and keeping the budget tracker up to date to ensure marketing activity is delivered within budget
  • Capture ROI from marketing campaigns and input into marketing reports. Evidence success and key themes/stats using appropriate tools
  • Marketing admin support and any other ad hoc duties required

You will bring

  • Degree in marketing/business, CIM qualified or equivalent
  • B2B marketing experience

This is a permanent role. Full time, Mon-Fri 37.5hrs/week.

Location: Rotherham office. There will be requirements to travel to clients and events across the UK as needed to carry out the duties of the role and for business purposes (UK full driving license required).
