THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Principal Consultant will provide project and business development You will apply your expertise in talent acquisition and human capital management to identify client You will address talent management challenges of your clients and bemotivated to deliver the full range of Human Consulting Coming primarily with recruitment expertise, you are also interested in designing and leading a wide variety of strategic human capital projects and supporting client leadership to deliver high quality human capital management

You have a bachelor s degree in any field of A master s degree in business is You have at least 3 years of work experience as a researcher/ recruiter in a consulting firm or corporate HR environment Hands on experience with various search and selection processes (resume screening, market mapping, head hunting, phone interviewing, reference check ) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
