Open Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Regional
A Fintech company in Malaysia is looking for Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Regional to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
- The focal person of HR for employees and line managers in respective
- Execute HR processes, procedures and
- Work with the Head of HR to pinpoint organizational needs, challenges and people
- Collaborate with business HODs to determine HR strategies to business
- Manage onboarding of
- Facilitate performance management, talent development, compensation reviews and HR operations
- Resolve HR issues impacting the business and provide
- At least seven years experience as HR Generalist with three years in HR
- Experienced in HR business
- Experienced in organizational development, talent management and change
- Strong execution focus, time sensitive and strategic
