In the role as Product Owner (f/m/i) you will work closely with IT and Product As a self-dependent team player with a can-do attitude, you are someone that thrives in a fast-paced work Your passion for communications, particularly in relation to the insurtech field is outstanding and results in producing internal and external communications projects as a strategic tool for business and employee

In this role you will:

• Be part of a well-structured Agile team with a dynamic, collaborative, agile mindset where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve the way we work
• Make changes to current documents and related training manuals
• Collaborate with other team members to implement changes efficiently
• Simulate and test suggestions made for performance
• Write user manuals and prepare easy-to-understand documentation
• Verify the functionality of the final product

What you bring:

• Discuss with the project manager the activities to be planned
• Ability to interact with engineers using terms and methodology used by engineers
• Ability in incorporating business requirements, analysing them to find critical issues, and deriving navigation flows
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Italian and English)
