To oversee the project as the right hand man for our Project Director on construction site, we are looking for a full-time position starting immediately in Frankfurt am Main / Mainz

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and follow-up of appointments
• Independent management of daily business (correspondence, travel planning, reception of visitors, ) Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director
• Preparation and follow-up of documents, minutes, presentations and project plans
• Preparation of meetings and corresponding briefing of the Director
• Supporting the Director, Development Manager and Communications Manager in organizing meetings with funding partners and other events
• Researching and following up on actions within a project

Your Profile:

• Bachelor, Diploma or Apprenticeship or equivalent in construction, engineering, architecture
• 1-2 years of project/construction management experience preferred
• high willingness to travel
• English and German Speaking required
• Work permit for Germany or citizen of an EU-Country required
