As a Growth Operations Operator at Picnic, you ll identify and overcome You therefore are a key player of our growth plan in the Netherlands and in our latest opening in Your affinity for numbers will enable you to calculate our customer demand as well as supply chain capacities and your excellent communication skills will help you deal effectively with multiple stakeholders across our By keeping up-to-date with industry trends, you ll come up with innovative new ideas that improve the way we do demand and capacity You don t need any programming and/or coding skills an affinity for numbers and being open to learn new skills is what counts!

What you ll do

• Be responsible for forecasting customer order demand on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Oversee the capacity in our delivery (Hubs) and fulfilment centers to ensure we re able to meet customer expectations daily
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from multiple areas of the company (Customer team, Fulfilment & last mile operations)
• Create data driven insights on changing customer behavior

About you

• HBO degree or similar educational background
• You re data-driven and have a passion for numbers and models
• You re a clear and engaging communicator
• You re fluent in English (Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a bonus, but not required)
• You re open to learn new skills like: SQL, Python
