Your task this awaits you in detail

• As part of the Tech & Product Executive Office you work closely with management and are an interface to the organization consisting of numerous job families (like engineers, product managers, designers, analysts)
• You identify development potentials in the areas of culture, collaboration, communication and organizational design in the context of growth, performance and our strategic direction as a product-focused company
• You help create transparency on organizational topics, blockers, change needs and initiatives
• You contribute to overall knowledge management and documentation for Tech & Product employees
• You participate in the planning and execution of work meetings and bring together relevant stakeholders ( HR, management, product leaders) to drive internal projects and optimize processes
• You prepare meaningful presentations, management summaries and other documentation that support decision making

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You have a background in business, organizational psychology, HR or similar
• You ideally have first experience in a product company and are familiar with lean/agile practices
• You are curious and like to work yourself into new topics and tools
• You are an excellent communicator and can tailor information according to your target group
• You are thinking strategically and goal-oriented
• You enjoy working independently and have a hands-on mentality
• You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
