As a Partnerships manager you will be the #1 employee in the partnerships team for your market

You will be joining the partnerships business, primarily distribution partnerships, focused on referral and reseller You will be the responsible in your country market of the end to end sales process: defining the partnerships strategy in the country, finding the first partners and enabling and managing the business relation with Also to hire and set up goals for your

What will you be doing

  • Define the partnerships strategy in the country to achieve the country s revenue goal (which type of partners to go after, how to attract them, how to manage the realtionship with them, ).
  • Reach and convince potential partners to join the Factorial partnership This involves convincing C-Level and VP-level Executives to join our partner program (need to be able to outline opportunity of becoming a Factorial Partner, building a P&L of the partnership, creating a joint business plan).
  • Train partners on how to effectively distribute Factorial ( utilizing solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close).
  • Help partners on their first or most complex
  • Create, maintain and review recurrently joint business plans with
  • Hire and develop a top talent team to help you achieve the country s partnership revenue
  • Manage your team: define monthly quotas, manage
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied partners and
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities in order to help prospects through the purchase
  • Ensure a smooth transition of customer relationships from partners to our Customer Success
  • Collaborate with marketing team to define an effective inbound marketing campaign to attract

Your Profile

  • You are native in
  • 3+ years experience working in a sales
  • Have experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company or digital
  • Demonstrated excellence in digital presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to assess together with potential partners the economics of joining the Factorial
  • Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are
  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction & team
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible &
  • Crush your goals and enjoy doing it!
  • Eager to take ownership of the company and share improvement points (we have a culture of change!)

Bonus Points

  • Have experience in SaaS partnerships with Software distributors, agencies, consultancies or HR companies
  • Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom,
