Tasks

As the new Sales Engineer you will be an integral part of the sales It will be your responsibility to work with both new and existing clients providing them with technical support, professional service training and assisting with difficult support You will work closely together with the Account Managers and support them with the clients both pre- and

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling
• Conduct onsite and remote product demonstrations
• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective clients
• Prepare documentation to facilitate information sharing about the products
• Investigate technical issues with the software and communicate with product development

Requirements

As the new Sales Engineer, you will have experience in a similar pre-, and/ or post-sales role having provided technical know-how and support to clients and your sales

You have the following key skills and experience:

• Excellent presentation skills and a good communicator
• Consultative sales experience
• Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile)
• Ideally experience with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility
• Knowledge of Javascript ES5/ ES6, Jquery mobile, HTML5
• Solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting)
• Fluency in both German & English is a must
• Willingness to travel across Germany
