Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Live Event Video Technician to join the team at Creative Technology Ireland! You will work onsite with the setup, configuration and derig of video equipment for a variety of live

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who will be able to coordinate with customers to ensure the smooth running of presentations and meeting Someone who can identify faults and solve technical problems with the configuration of video and audio equipment while operating video equipment in pressured show environments.

You will be leading crews as the representative of CT onsite and are responsible for the safe keeping of equipment and vehicles that have been ;

Requirements

Education:

  • 3rd Level Qualification in IT, AV, Mulit-media or related discipline or equivalent work experience

Licences/Certificates:
  • Manual Handling/Full Category B Drivers licence desirable
  • Avixa Org Event Industry qualification or similar

Experience:

  • Good practical knowledge of wide range of audio and video equipment and software, including Barco and Analog Way switchers, Powerpoint, Qlab, Playback Pro, Yamaha digital desks, Novastar and MegaPixel LED processors, Panasonic AV and Blackmagic Atem
  • Careful attention to
  • Ability to work under
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to research and learn new technologies and
  • 3-4 year s experience working in a live event environment
