Tasks

We are looking for a Test Engineer working in close collaboration with our product manager and the development team to shape and implement our The goal is to make personal safety intuitive and accessible to every person on the planet as stable as

What you will contribute:

• Assuring testability of our user stories from acceptance tests to release we think that testing begins right at the start and is no annoying afterthought
• Coming up with testing concepts speeding up our release cycles
• Organizing test sessions including developers and other employees as well as external users
• Automating testing where possible (we have all backend tests automated, but do manual tests of the app so far)

Requirements

• Basic programming background in mobile app development or at least a very good technical understanding of how mobile apps work and how not granting permissions can compromise functionality
• Programming knowledge in a scripting language so you can automate testing
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with organizing tests with companies like Applause
• Experience with web technologies, GraphQL and BLE / iBeacon and geolocation, APIs is a bonus
• Availability for setting up our beacon infrastructure also at customer sites from time to time, as we need best understanding of setup complexity
• Preferably based around Munich
• Fluent in English, German is a bonus
