Your position in our team

• You are responsible to implement the corporate strategy and processes into daily operations and to continuously follow up the progress of your multi-discipline team
• The squad team consists of team members with focus on two main disciplines: Customer Success and Business This demands the ability to put equal focus on both, sales and and service disciplines, and to transport this focus to your team members
• Involves ongoing reporting and evaluation of goal-oriented KPIs, optimizing resource allocation and personnel development
• You efficiently set central strategy into action and work close with our Country Director and other Squad Team Leads to advice on strategy revisions

Your profile

• Prior experience from SaaS product/ industry
• Industry and market knowledge within the D-A-CH region
• Ideally worked cross-disciplinary in sales/ service in the past
• Leadership experience with having the ability to transport a holistic view to team members, provide clarity and create excitement and engagement in the team
• Highly structured (documentation, KPIs, people development) and the ability to maintain your sense of humor and keep a cool head in hectic times
• Fluent in German and English
